We are a private letting service owned by Cornwall Council, managing over 200 properties. We have the expertise to make your letting experience as seamless as possible.
What do we offer?
We offer excellent and competitively priced services for landlords.
We have a close relationship with the Housing Benefit department. This means we can offer benefits to private landlords that other high-street agents can't.
We work closely with tenants and undertake background checks and referencing to minimise risk to our landlords. We also offer dedicated tenancy sustainment when needed.
We know what makes for a successful tenancy, for both landlords and tenants.
